It's a question of counting...
According to our vet, Primrose ought to have given birth last week or over the weekend or, at the latest, today. But earlier today Ola pulled out our Dog Encyclopedia, where it is written that pooches have a typical gestation period of 62 to 72 days. TODAY is Primrose's 62nd day. So it's no big deal that the old doggie is still lumbering around full of milk and puppies. I will keep you posted.
